Family Suites
These large rooms feature mountain views in three directions, private balconies and enough beds to sleep six persons. There's even room for an extra rollaway to
accommodate a seventh person.Our family suites are made up of a 24x12-foot bedroom and bath, and a 16x18-foot living room. The private balcony is nearly 50 square feet and includes comfortable seating so you can watch the sun set behind Mt. Rushmore (the mountain, that is, not the famous faces).
Each suite is furnished with a sofa, several chairs, an activity table, a writing desk and a DVD player. Suites also include a dry bar complete with a microwave and refrigerator. Each room of the suite has its own television set, a 19-inch model in the bedroom and a 27-inch model in the living room. The bedroom has a clock radio.
The rooms are separated by elegant French doors with lace curtains, affording the occupants in each room some degree of privacy. The bedroom has two queen-sized beds and the living room has a double-sized sleeper sofa. The living room includes a ceiling fan.
Family suites have one bathroom -- located off of the bedroom -- which includes a separate sink/vanity area and a private tub-and-shower room.
Views from the suites overlook the pool deck to the south. To the west, you see the top spires of Mt. Rushmore (but not the faces) and Old Baldy and the forest surrounding the town of Keystone.
