The Roosevelt Inn is a limited service hotel. Because we are small, we do not attempt to offer all of the services available at a large hotel, such as 24-hour front desk service, luggage handling, room service, meeting rooms, business center, exercise room the like. If you require such services we suggest that you book a larger hotel in Rapid City as these services are generally not available in Keystone.
On the up-side, our goal is to do everything possible to make sure you have a great time in the Black Hills. Talk to us and we'll talk to you. Our guests are never just room numbers. Everybody on our staff will always take the time to listen to your comments, give you information or try to accommodate your special requests. To us, this is just good service. Everybody who works at the Roosevelt Inn lives nearby and we're all knowledgeable about the Hills, things to do, and even some of the local history. Beyond that, we're always willing to do what we can to meet your special needs.
We can book most tours available in the Black Hills. We are the agents for Gray Line Tours of the Black Hills. This company provides several tour packages including the popular all-day tour of Mt. Rushmore and Custer State Park. Also, we are agents for Mt. Rushmore Tours which offers an all-day tour of the southern Black Hills, including Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Custer State Park and other points as well as an evening chuckwagon dinner.
