Rate Notes

• The best available rates are only available on-line via this web site. Rates quoted by Expedia, Travelocity, Hotels.Com and others will be higher than the direct-booking rates shown here and no discounts are available through third-party reservation systems.
• All rates include free in-room coffee, free ice, free local and 800 phone calls, free internet access (WiFi) and free use of hotel facilities, including pool (in season), hot tub and game room.
• AAA, AARP, Group and other discounts are available. However, some dates may be blocked due to special events. Only one discount may be applied per stay. Some discounts may include non-refundable deposits and minimum periods of stay. Qualifying discounts must be claimed at the time of booking and are not available via phone orders or via thrid-party booking agencies. 
• Promotional rates are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
• Extended-stay options are available. Extended stay rates do not include daily housekeeping and unused nights are non-refundable. 
• Children 16 years old and younger stay free. (Maximum of 3 per room.)
• Maximum Room Occupancy:
• Double: 5 persons
• Single: 3 persons
• Family Suite: 7 persons.
• Extra adult $5 each per night.
• Rollaway bed $5 extra per night.
• Suites and some deluxe rooms incude a microwave and refrigerator. 
• 8% sales tax applies. The tax includes 4% state sales tax, 3% Keystone town tax and 1% state tourism tax.
• Adjoining room rate subject to restrictions and availability.
• Cribs are not available at the Roosevelt Inn. If you have a small child who requires a crib, please bring your own.
• Check-in time is between 2 p.m. and Midnight. Rooms not claimed by 11 p.m. are treated as "no-shows" and charged at the single-night rate plus tax.
• Rates do not include meals or a continental breakfast, however guests are invited to enjoy coffee, tea and selected other drinks in the lobby from  7 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. during the summer season. 
• Bookings held for more than 120 days are non-refundable.
