Roosevelt Inn Inclusions

Unless specifically exempted, the price of a room at the Roosevelt Inn includes the following:

Free Local Phone Calls -- Keystone is located in the Rapid City calling area. There is no charge for calls in the local calling area that includes Keystone, Rapid City and other nearby communities. (Be warned: Some properties in Keystone charge for each local call and this charge is assessed even if the call is not completed.)
Free 800, 866, 877 Access -- Calls to toll-free numbers are free. Other properties may charge $1 or more per call in access fees and add per-minute surcharges to calls made to 800, 866 or 877 numbers. Note: Long distance calls may not be charged to guest rooms, however, calling cards are available for purchase.
Free Internet Access -- We offer free WiFi service with safe WPA encryption in all guests rooms and public areas of the building. We also have a guest computer located in the lobby for email checking. (Other uses may be restricted during periods of heavy demand.)
Free In-room Coffee -- All of the Roosevelt Inn rooms include a coffee maker and we provide one free coffee packet, cups and condiments per day. Additional coffee packes are availabe for 50 cents each.
No Hidden Surcharges -- Except for taxes (8.5%) the prices stated for the Roosevelt Inn are complete. We do not assess "energy" or other surcharges on the stated room rates. We do, however, retain the right to assess extra clean-up or damage charges in cases where warranted -- as when a smoker smokes in a non-smoking room.
Daily Housekeeping Service -- The Roosevelt Inn daily rates include daily housekeeping service. Such service includes fresh linens per AAA guidelines, clean baths, bed making and general cleaning. Extended stay service does not include daily housekeeping, however guests may request housekeeping services for a nominal charge.
Children Stay Free -- There is no charge for children under the age of 16 who stay in the same room as their parents or guardians. Other properties charge extra for each child over the age of 5. If a property advertises that "kids stay free" be sure to get their definition of a kid.
Continental Breakfast -- Roosevelt Inn prices do not include a continental breakfast. We may however, at our option, offer a light refreshments and selected drinks mornings during the summer season.
