operated by the Oglala Sioux Tribe, the Prairie Wind Casino is on the
Pine Ridge Reservation which is probably more interesting. The casino
is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There are 241 slot machines with
both quarter and dollar progressives, 2 poker tables, 1 three card
poker table, and 5 blackjack tables. Table games are open Sunday
through Thursday from 9 am to 12:30 a.m., and Friday and Saturday 24
hours. Poker tables, including seven card stud, high-low split and
Texas hold-em, are open Thursday from 5 p.m. until the games end, and
Friday through Sunday from 11 a.m. until the games end.
